80-minute ART sessions are $195. 50-minute processing sessions are $145, if necessary.

I do not take insurance. However, a portion of the session fee may be reimbursible as an out-of-network service under CPT Code 90837. I partner with Reimbursify to assist you with this, if necessary.

ART sessions are intentionally "less gab, more grab". You are "grabbing" the images and scenes of your emotional triggers inside your head and body, not out loud. I'll periodically ask you what you "care to share", and will gently move back into the ART protocol when needed. That said, many clients want to process the experience, and we'll reserve that for non-ART sessions that allow for standard "talk therapy", often scheduled in between ART sessions.
